LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Eleven-year-old Camron loves fishing. He could fish all day long.
"Gotchoo boy," he says while casting his line by the creek. "I caught trout, 8 trout matter of fact."
While catching eight trout is quite an accomplishment for a 6th grader, he wants something even more.
Camron would fish every day, if only someone would take him.
He wants someone to enjoy the beauty outdoors with, which seems to calm him, help him forget about the pains of his past. He has no recollection of his mother or father and has been in state foster care most of his life.
"I hate getting moved here and moved there and everywhere," Camron says.
Now, he hopes for a home and family that is his.
"What would be the best thing adopted? I think I'd feel good!"
More information about Michael or any of the state foster children up for adoption can be found on the Arkansas Department of Human Services adoption website.
There are no costs associated with adopting a state foster child.
