LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- It's been more than a decade and still no arrest in a Little Rock man's murder.  Officer Bruce Jones with the Little Rock Police Department sits down with THV's Liz Massey to talk about the case.

It happened November 5th, 1999 at 4024 West 14th in Little Rock.  The victim, 71-year-old Cleophus Starks was found shot on the kitchen floor.

There were several witnesses inside the residence.  On witness says they heard a gunshot and saw the suspect leave.  The other witness says there was a knock on the door and that the suspect asked for a screwdriver, then came into the house and shot Starks.

Officer Jones says it was dark so the witnesses didn't get a good description of the suspect, only that he was a black male in his 20's or 30's.

If you have any information in the murder of Cleophus Starks, call Little Rock police.  Remember you can remain anonymous.
