JONESBORO, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas State Police say a report on a Craighead County deputy's shooting of a man near Jonesboro has been turned over to the prosecuting attorney's office.

ASP Lt. Brant Tosh told KAIT-TV that the file on the March 23 shooting of Steven Honeycutt by Deputy Brandon Womack was given to Prosecuting Attorney Scott Ellington. Authorities say Honeycutt was treated at a local hospital for a non-life threating gunshot wound to the arm.

Authorities say Womack shot Honeycutt following a traffic stop and is on paid leave - but other details have not been released - including why Womack stopped Honeycutt.
