HEMPSTEAD COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) - Robbers left a 19-year-old badly wounded after he came home to them trying to steal his TV.
According to Hempstead County Sheriff James A. Singleton, the robbers left their knife plunged into Timothy Arnette's shoulder after he found them in his home on Highway 332 around 3:18 p.m., stealing his belongings. He is currently in critical condition at St. Michaels in Texarkana.
The two men who were in his home are still on the loose. Police said Arnette described robber who stabbed him as a white male standing at 6 feet 1 inch with a beard. The second was described as a shorter white male. They were said to be driving a dirty Red Ford Ranger with Duck Head decals on the rear glass.
