GARLAND COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) - An investigator with the Garland County Sheriff's Office was terminated recently for an ethics violation, according to Lt. James Martin.
Martin said Investigator Danny Wilson was relieved of his duties on June 11 after the sheriff's office received a May 23 report that Wilson allegedly exposed himself to a patron at the Big Chill.
While Martin said the person didn't want to pursue charges against Wilson, the investigator was suspended the next day without pay, pending an internal investigation for an ethics violation. Martin confirmed that the investigation revealed enough evidence to justify his termination.
