    HSPD asking for public's help in murder case

    HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (KTHV) - Hot Springs detectives are asking for the public's help for information on the murder of Katie Lavender.

    Public information officer McCrary Means said Lavender, 22, was found dead on the 500 block of Higdon Ferry Road on March 19.

    He said detectives are looking for anyone who may have information or leads in this case, and a reward is being offered for the arrest and conviction of the suspect or suspects in this case.
