RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. (KTHV) - Four men charged with second degree battery in a hazing incident in Russellville all accepted plea deals.

Pope County Prosecutor David Gibbons says, Calvin Williams, Steven Bender, Klyantel Summons, and Deonte Bradley all plead guilty to reduced charge of hazing, a class B misdemeanor. Each were fined $200 plus court costs and put on probation for 90 days.

The four men, one was a student at the time and the other three were not, were charged in connection to a hazing incident that left a student hospitalized for weeks.

The hazing incident happened at an Arkansas Tech University off-campus residence.

The incident led Arkansas Tech to permanently ban Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity from the campus.
