LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee is returning to his home state to speak at the Political Animals Club.

Huckabee is scheduled to speak at a breakfast Friday morning at the Little Rock Club. The Political Animals Club meets regularly to hear from elected officials and other public figures.

Huckabee served 10½ years as Arkansas governor and left office in January 2007 because of term limits. He ran unsuccessfully for the Republican presidential nomination in 2008, winning the Iowa caucus that year.

He now hosts a weekly show on Fox News. Huckabee moved to Florida in 2010.
