UNDATED (KTHV) -- In a THV update, federal prosecutors say they want to take the Randy Gay case before federal grand jury by the end of the month.
He's accused of killing Connie Snow, and dumping her body in the Ouachita National Forest.
Also Monday, in court, Gay asked a judge to dismiss a motion to revoke his suspended sentence on a separate 2008 terroristic threatening charge.
No decision was made; the prosecution will have a chance to explain why they think that shouldn't happen in his next court appearance.
Gay has also been convicted twice before of murder.
