    Update: Saline County burglary suspect pleads guilty, others aquitted

    SALINE COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) -- An outcome to a story we first brought you back in June, 2010.

    Four men, Brandon Johnson, Zack Bailey and brothers Kevin and Bobby Scarberry were arrested in connection with a robbery on North Mills Road. During the crime, the homeowner was beaten and held at gunpoint. The burglars also wore police uniforms.

    Saline County Prosecutor Brian Cleary informs us that Brandon Johnson has plead guilty to two counts of aggravated robbery, one count of aggravated residential burglary and one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

    Cleary also tells us that Kevin Scarberry was aquitted after a trial and the charges were dropped against his brother, Bobby.
