WASHINGTON (CNN) - President Barack Obama unveiled his 2013 budget to Congress Monday. It's a nearly $4 trillion plan that calls for increasing taxes on wealthier Americans and spending more money on infrastructure and education.
Now, there's an app for iPhone and iPad you can download to take a look at the budget yourself.
Acting Public Printer Davita Vance-Cooks explains, "As you scroll through that app, think of it as a web portal to the app. You can scroll throw it and then at various points through that particular app it will take you into FDsys if you wanna see the tables, if you wanna see the analytical summary. So it's very exciting for us."
