LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Police say they have four people in custody in connection with a Sunday night murder. A man is dead after two men allegedly robbed of a Little Rock restaurant.
Little Rock police say Jesus Larrious Herrera, 40, died Sunday night. Police say they were responding to a robbery alarm at El Chico on Rodney Parham when they got the call about shots fired with one victim. When police got to El Chico they found Herrera's body behind the business.
Police have arrested four people, all employees of El Chico, including two brothers.
Brothers Kiywuan and Zeckeya Perry are charged with capital murder, aggravated robbery and theft. Investigators say they hit the restaurant last night around 9:00 p.m.
The brothers actually went inside to demand money and force employees to the back. That's where, police say, one of them shot Herrera to death.
The other two, a man named Quantez Dobbins and a woman named Kenya Smith are also charged with capital murder, aggravated robbery and theft.
Police say Herrera's death is the 13th homicide for the year.
