BRYANT, Ark. (KTHV) -- A woman with a history of driving while intoxicated was arrested again early Monday morning in Bryant.
Police say Sheila Blair, 48, is charged with public intoxication and drinking in public.
According to Bryant police, officers pulled over the vehicle along Springhill Road for a traffic violation. Officers say that while talking to the driver, Blair began drinking a large amount of beer inside the car.
The police report says Blair yelled at the officers while they helped her out of the vehicle. Blair has been on parole after being convicted in 2007 of 10 DWIs. She was sentenced to 10 years.
In 2008, we reported that Blair was released from prison because of overcrowding.
