    Jack Gillean turns himself in to police in test theft case

    CONWAY, Ark. (KTHV) -- A former UCA chief of staff has turned himself in to police on a commercial burglary charge.

    Jack Gillean is charged for allegedly helping a student steal tests from professors' desks at the University of Central Arkansas. Police say Gillean used his master keys to break into offices as well as give the keys to a student and went with the student to steal tests.

    Gillean is charged with three felony counts of commercial burglary, one felony county of fraudulent insurance acts, and one count misdemeanor count of issuing a false statement. He resigned from the university in June.
