LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The Arkansas House of Representatives is scheduled to vote Thursday to allocate $125 million to aid in the construction of a steel mill in northern Arkansas.
The House vote could come as early as Thursday afternoon; the Senate already approved the measure Tuesday.
