Chris Schnarr pleads not guilty in 'road rage' shooting death of Arista Aldridge

    LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The man who is charged in a "road rage" deadly shooting pled not guilty Monday.

    Chris Schnarr, 28, pleaded not guilty to first degree murder charges. He allegedly shot to death Arista Aldridge, 45, Saturday afternoon.

    The two men exited Interstate 30 onto East 6th Street where 
    Aldridge reportedly got out of his vehicle and approached
    Schnarr, who was still in his vehicle. Police say Schnarr then shot Aldridge, who was approaching him. He was hit twice, once in the chest and once in the shoulder.

    Schnarr's bond was set at $100,000. He is now scheduled to appear in circuit court.

    According to Sgt. Cassandra Davis with LRPD, Schnarr does have a concealed weapons license.
