ARKADELPHIA, Ark. (AP) - A judge says a man charged in the killings of an Arkadelphia man and his two young stepdaughters must provide hair and DNA samples to investigators.
Riakos Lizana II is charged with capital murder in the Dec. 6 deaths of four-year-old Marley Crutchfield, six-year-old Adiele Crutchfield and the girls' stepfather, Bobby Jean Galbraith.
Authorities have released few details in the case, including a motive. The Daily Siftings-Herald reports that investigators discovered a bloody palm print on a bedroom door of the family's Arkadelphia home.
Lizana has pleaded not guilty. His trial is set for Oct. 22, with a pretrial hearing scheduled for Aug. 27.
