Lonoke County Sheriff's Office makes four arrests in drug investigation

    Near a business in Cabot, investigators arrested Johnnie Porter, 36, of Mount Vernon, and Vickie Mosley, 31, of Scott for delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, possession of a prescription drug without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    They also found an estimated 4 grams of "ice" methamphetamine. They were both taken to the Lonoke County Detention Facility.

    In a separate arrest under the same investigation, Jephri Robinson, also known as Jephri Gent, 32, of Cabot and Jacob Hanks, 22, of Carlisle were arrested around 3:45 p.m. in the Cabot Walmart parking lot.

    They are charged with possession with intent to deliver. Robinson also has an outstanding arrest warrant from Faulkner County. The sheriff's office seized 7 grams of "ice" methamphetamine. Robinson and Hanks are being held in the Lonoke County Detention Facility.

    A pit bull dog and puppy, which were in the back of the vehicle were taken by Cabot Animal Control.
