Kathy Griffin/Kelly O'Rourke
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Police say two former Mount St. Mary faculty members have been arrested, following their termination in March of this year.
The termination and arrest follow a sexual assault investigation involving Kathy Griffin and Kelly O'Rourke.
According to authorities, Griffin was arrested after failing to notify the school administration or the child abuse hotline although she allegedly knew of an alleged sexual relationship between O'Rourke and a student.
O'Rourke is facing one count of sexual assault, while Griffin is facing one count of failing to report.
The investigation began after the student victim disclosed to her parents that O'Rourke had sexual relations with her beginning in her junior year of high school.
