CABOT, Ark. (KTHV) - Cabot police say an armed robbery at a local gas station is not connected to recent armed robberies in North Little Rock and Jacksonville.

Cabot police arrested Gina Riddle, 19, and Anjuan Thomas, 21, for the armed robbery of a man at a Doublebee's gas station Sept. 23.

The victim told police he was robbed by three men at the gas station at gun point. When the suspects left, the victim says he followed them in a silver Honda to Jacksonville.

Authorities located the vehicle at a local hotel and the stolen wallet was inside. Riddle and Thomas were arrested in the hotel. Both face charges of aggravated robbery and theft of property. Cabot police are still looking for two more suspects in this crime.

The same day this robbery occurred, three suspects walked into an EZ Mart on MacArthur in North Little Rock and robbed the store. They returned moments later and killed the clerk, Akiya Egeston, 29.

Then around 2:30 a.m. Sunday, another robbery occurred at the Citgo in Jacksonville located on Marshall Road by three suspects matching the description of the suspects in the EZ Mart robbery. They stole money and cigarettes but the clerk was able to escape unharmed.
