The Pulaski County Sheriff's Department says it has made the biggest methamphetamine lab bust it has seen in over a year. Police say Angel Kowalski and Thomas Forsper have been charged with the production and possession of meth. Deputies arrested the two at Kowalski's house at 5016 Driscol Road in North Pulaski County this afternoon when a huge lab was found underneath the house. "The closet area of one of the bedrooms in the home contained a trap door that was hinged and you could gain access underneath the house," said Lt. Jim Dixon with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office. This is the county's first bust of the year. The department says the new law that limits the purchase of pseudoephedrine has almost cut labs in half.
