CONWAY, Ark. (KTHV) - A Conway man was convicted by a judge for 38 counts of child pornography.
In Dec. 2009, Daniel L. Klosky, 40, was arrested and charged with 38 counts of possession and distribution of child pornography. He has not been sentenced, and as of Friday morning no word on when that will be.
Klosky was a volunteer for the Greenbrier Fire Department; he was also a foster parent for the state of Arkansas. At the time of his arrest, there were two foster children, one 8-years-old and the other 17, under Klosky's care.
Klosky still faces a rape charge for an incident that happened earlier in 2009. He allegedly raped a teenage boy. Faulkner County deputies say Klosky and the alleged victim knew each other well but is not a foster child. This trial was upcoming.
