Two Cabot residents have been charged with capital murder and other crimes in a Wednesday shooting death in what police say was a botched drug deal on the parking lot of Jacksonville High School. Robert "Cody" Hall, 18, and Bret DeAngelis, 19, were charged with capital murder, first-degree battery, aggravated robbery and conspiracy to possess a controlled substance. They were jailed without bond in the Pulaski County jail. They are accused of killing 18-year-old Justin Davis and shooting 20-year-old Corzellis Neeley of Jacksonville in the hand and knee. Neeley was treated at a hospital and released. Davis died shortly after he arrived at Rebsamen Regional Medical Center. The murder is the third in Jacksonville this year, compared to one for all of last year.
