Arkansas Sourcelink provides this, and Aaron Harris and Mike Steely stopped by "THV 11 News This Morning" with more details on "elevator pitches."
What is an elevator pitch?
An elevator pitch is a short summary used to quickly and simply define a product, service, or organization and its value proposition. The name "elevator pitch" reflects the idea that it should be possible to deliver the summary in the time span of an elevator ride, or approximately 60 seconds.

The all expense paid trip valued at $8,600 includes airfare, car rental, lodging, festival passes, and meal allowance.
What is SXSW Interactive?
