LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- It can be an uncomfortable subject to talk about but one that must be discussed to save lives. We're talking about suicide.

Arkansas is ranked 17th in the country for suicide - and an average of 368 Arkansans take their own life every year.

Tyler West is on a mission to bring awareness with a special upcoming event. He stopped by "THV 11 This Morning" to share details about the "Out of the Darkness Walk".

The next walk is Nov. 2 at 11 a.m. at the Clinton Library. For more details you can call Tyler at 501-786-3386.
