    No-bake treats for the holidays

    LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Not every holiday dessert requires baking.

    Deanna Fleming from Catering Creations is here to show us how make some sweet treats without turning on the oven.

    Salty Pretzel Bark
    3 Cups of Pretzel Sticks, Broken In Half
    2 Cups of Salted Peanuts
    18 oz White Chocolate
    Holiday Colored Sprinkles (optional)
    Line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper
    Melt White Chocolate over pot of hot water or carefully microwave
    Mix with peanuts and pretzels.
    Spread out on parchment paper to ¼ to ½ inch thick. Once you are done spreading the mixture, sprinkle with holiday sprinkles for added color. Let cool for several hours and break apart.

    Pistachio Almond Bark
    18 oz of Milk Chocolate or Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels
    4 oz of White chocolate or white almond Bark
    1 cups of Roasted Pistachio
    1 Cup of Cranraisins
    Line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper
    Melt Milk Chocolate over pot of hot water or carefully microwave
    Spread out on parchment paper to ¼ thick. Once you are done spreading the chocolate, sprinkle with pistachios and cranraisins. Gently press the nuts and raisins into the chocolate. Drizzle the white chocolate across the mixture. Let cool and break apart.

    Peppermint Almond Bark
    White Almond Bark
    Peppermint Sticks, Broken and crushed into pieces
    ½ tsp Peppermint Flavoring
    Line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper. Melt White Chocolate over pot of hot water or carefully microwave. Spread out on parchment paper to ¼ thick. Once you are done spreading the bark, sprinkle with crushed peppermints. Let cool and break apart.
