DUBLIN, Ireland (CBS) -- Dublin Zoo has a new resident. He's a baby white rhino in flying form.

The white rhino calf that's just 6-days-old has been quickly getting used to his surroundings in the African Savannah habitat.

The 88 pound calf was born to his mother Ashanti last Friday under a special program to boost the number of white rhinos around the world.

This is Ashanti's third calf and the seventh in the zoo's herd.

Only 20,000 white rhino exist in the wild. The fact that this little calf is a male is significant for future zoo breeding programs.

And he's certainly enjoying the attention.

The zoo predicts its newest arrival will be a huge attraction and it now wants the public's help in finding him a name.
