SEARCY, Ark. (Harding) - The Harding women's basketball team moves up to 15th in the latest USA TODAY Sports Division II Top 25 Coaches' Poll. It's the highest the Lady Bisons have been ranked since joining the NCAA in 1997.

The Lady Bisons have started their season with a 7-0 overall record and are 2-0 in the Great American Conference.

Harding was ranked 19th in the last week's poll.

It's the first time Harding has been ranked in back-to-back weeks. Harding's women have only appeared in the top 25 on one other occasion. The Lady Bisons were ranked 24th in 2008 when they started the season with 12 straight victories.

Harding is one of only 11 teams in the top 25 that is still undefeated.
The Lady Bisons will back in action on Friday as they host Central Baptist at 5:30 p.m., at the Rhodes Field House.
